Accommodation
The Organizing Committee recommends following variants for accommodation:
Accommodation in an Institution hotel "Akademicheskaya"
situated in Gatchina at a walking distance
(about 15 min) from the PNPI
(- see map 1),
and also not far from the shuttle bus stop to go to St.Petersburg (40 min
by bus). Special discount rate of 45-60 euro per night is suggested depending on room type.
Breakfast is available in the hotel buffet (not included). Number of rooms is limited to 15.
A 4-star hotel "Gakkel-House"
situated in the historical center of Gatchina
(- see map 1).
The rates are from 80 euro for a single room and 120 euro for a double room per night. Number of rooms is 18. Transportation to PNPI will
be organized. Transportation to St.Petersburg takes 40 min by bus.
In both cases above booking is assumed to be made via the Organizing Committee.
A 4-star hotel "Park Inn-Pulkovskaya"
in the south of St. Petersburg (between
St. Petersburg historical center and Gatchina
(- see map 2).
It takes only 10 min to walk from the hotel to metro station "Moskovskaya" and some 25 min more to reach
the city center. The hotel "Park Inn - Pulkovskaya" organizes also a shuttle bus transportation to downtown
of St. Petersburg.
According to agreement between the PNPI and the hotel administration, a discount will be provided
for single- and double- standard guest rooms if booking is done via the Organizing Committee.
A bus will be provided to deliver Symposium participants to PNPI in the morning and back to the hotel
after the meeting in Symposium working days. One way trip takes about 40 min depending on traffic situation.
